Working principle

The working principle of a three cylinder dryer is to combine a rotary cylinder dryer with an inclined angle with the principle of an air flow dryer. The material enters the inner layer of the drum from the feeding device, dries through heat exchange, and then moves layer by layer to the outer layer, and is discharged from the drum under the action of hot air. This design allows the material to fully absorb heat during the drying process, extending the drying time and ensuring that the material achieves the desired drying effect.
