The fine sand three tube dryer is an efficient and energy-saving drying equipment, mainly used for drying fine sand and other materials. Its working principle includes three stages: preheating, drying, and cooling:

Preheating stage: The hot air generated by two rotary hot air furnaces is used to fully heat the fine sand in the first two cylinders, and the moisture gradually evaporates. This process usually takes 10-15 minutes and the temperature is controlled between 200-300 ℃ to ensure that the fine sand is fully heated and improve drying efficiency.

Drying stage: The hot air generated by the hot blast stove is purified by an efficient dust collector and then sent to the third cylinder through a centrifugal fan for sufficient heat and mass exchange with fine sand. The hot air rapidly evaporates the moisture in the fine sand and discharges the water vapor out of the dryer. At the same time, the fine sand continuously rolls inside the cylinder and comes into full contact with the hot air, further accelerating the drying speed. The duration of this stage is usually 2-3 hours, and the temperature is controlled between 300-400 ℃.

Cooling stage: Cold air enters the dryer through the fourth cylinder and comes into full contact with the freshly dried fine sand, causing the temperature of the fine sand to rapidly decrease. The cooling stage usually lasts for 1-2 hours and the temperature is controlled between 100-200 ℃.
