Pulse bag filter is an efficient equipment for air pollution control, mainly used to filter dusty gases and remove dust accumulation on filter bags through pulse blowing. It combines the technology of chamber stop air pulse blowing for dust cleaning, which has the characteristics of large air volume, high dust removal efficiency, small footprint, stable and reliable operation, etc. The dust removal efficiency can reach over 99%, and it can capture small dust particles with a particle size greater than 0.3 microns.
Working principle
The working principle of pulse bag filter mainly includes three processes:
Dust collection: Dust containing gas enters the ash hopper or filter chamber through the inlet of the dust collector. Coarse dust particles fall directly into the ash hopper under the action of gravity and inertia, while fine dust particles enter the filter bag chamber with the airflow.
Filtering and dust removal: Dust particles are captured by the fiber layer on the filter bag and adhere to the outer surface of the filter bag, while clean gas enters the clean air chamber through the filter bag.
Pulse cleaning: When the dust accumulation on the surface of the filter bag reaches a certain level, the pulse cleaning system will automatically start. The pulse valve will be opened one by one under the command of the control instrument, allowing compressed air to be sprayed into the inside of the filter bag through the spray pipe, causing the filter bag to rapidly expand and vibrate, thereby shaking off the dust attached to the surface of the filter bag and falling into the ash hopper.
