Working principle

Taking the cement powder selector as an example, its working principle is as follows:

Feed: The material enters the powder selection room through the feed inlet located at the upper part of the powder selection room.

Grading: Under the action of high-speed airflow, coarse and heavy particles are thrown towards the inner wall and slide down, while fine particles continue to rise and pass through the vertical guide vanes into the secondary powder selection area.

Collection: Fine powder that meets the requirements enters the cyclone separator through the cage rotor and eventually slides into the fine powder collection cone to become the finished product.
