1、 It is the basic size and position of a three cylinder dryer. The error between the external dimensions and basic coordinates of the three cylinder dryer, including the vertical and horizontal axis, should be less than 20mm, and the elevation error of different planes should also be less than 20mm. Both of these errors must be positive. The slope error should be less than 20mm, and negative values are allowed at the discharge end, not positive values. The unevenness of the upper plane should be less than 5mm/m, and the total length should be less than 10mm.

2、 It is the pre installation of components and key matching parts. When unpacking the three cylinder dryer, we need to remove protective coatings, oil stains, rust, and check for any deformation. Especially some components and key matching parts must be pre installed, which can effectively avoid rework during the installation process and ensure installation efficiency.

3、 It is the acceptance of equipment. Check the components, standard parts, etc. according to the packing list provided by the manufacturer, and carefully inspect for any deformation, damage, or misdelivery.

4、 It's drawing the base line of a three tube dryer. The base line of the three tube dryer must be determined using optical theodolites and other equipment to ensure its stability.

5、 Set up a cushion plate for the three tube dryer. Before setting up the pad, we first need to determine the reasonable layout of the pad, and pay attention to the fact that the pad must be designed near the center of gravity of the anchor bolt and load, which can effectively avoid uneven stress on the pad. The pad should be able to completely overlap, and if it cannot overlap, the contact area must be greater than 80%. Confirm later whether the installation of the pad is smooth and there should be no shaking phenomenon.

6、 It is the setting of the inlet and outlet end. The inlet and outlet ends of the three tube dryer must be sealed properly, which can effectively prevent the loss of hot air and ensure the drying efficiency and utilization of heat energy.
