How to ensure the airflow of the river sand dryer

Release Date: 24-12-2024

Ensure the ventilation of the river sand dryer, keep track of the temperature inside the dryer at all times, and add fuel accordingly to achieve energy-saving drying state. The ventilation area of the sand dryer is mainly located between the drying cylinder of the dryer and the hot air stove. It can use natural wind or artificial wind to blow the air towards the cylinder of the dryer. The key parts for managing exhaust sales are the flap valve and the flashing valve. Only by operating these two parts well can we ensure smooth exhaust and good ventilation. Firstly, we need to learn to judge the quality of ventilation on our own.

We use a simpler method. First, we wet our hands and then extend them towards the discharge port. This way, if the water on our hands evaporates after a while, it means that the ventilation is good. Otherwise, the ventilation is poor and needs to be adjusted. Of course, this is just a relatively simple and effective method of judgment.

We can adjust the ventilation volume in the following way: pay attention to the air leakage between the flaps, especially the sealing of the bearing parts. And prevent large slag blocks, bricks, iron wires, and other debris from falling into the flipping valve, causing deep winds and even hindering discharge or jamming the flipping plate, making it impossible to flip. Observe the amount of material discharged by the flap valve and the size of the discharge interval to see if it is suitable for the discharge speed of the sludge dryer. Do not store too much material in the tipping bucket that affects the discharge, and do not store too little material that causes excessive vibration. It is necessary to refuel the oil cup of the rotating shaft on time. Twist it 1-2 times per shift, and rotate it once per shift. Observe whether the flashing valve operates flexibly, whether the feeding is smooth, whether the position of the balance hammer is appropriate, and whether the contact between the triangular cone and the feeding pipe mouth is tight. According to the situation of ash accumulation and material discharge, the balance hammer can be adjusted appropriately. A triangular pyramid is usually connected to a lever in a movable manner. To avoid displacement due to vibration caused by flicker, it can also be fixed and welded to the lever after aligning with the discharge pipe mouth.
